Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 August 2026
These terms are maintained by the Clone My LinkedIn team and govern your access to and use of the app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Clone My LinkedIn is an AI writing workspace for creating LinkedIn posts and articles from profile-specific knowledge bases and voice settings. Features may change, improve or be removed as the product evolves.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the material you upload and of the drafts you generate. You grant us only the permission needed to store, index and process that material so the service can work for you.
You confirm you have the right to upload each document, link or writing sample you add to a knowledge base.
4. AI-generated output
Drafts, topics, phrases and images are produced by AI models and can be inaccurate, outdated or unintentionally similar to other text. You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking anything before you publish it. We make no guarantee about the accuracy, originality or performance of generated content.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- publish unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or harassing content;
- impersonate a person or organisation you are not authorised to represent;
- upload material that infringes someone else's rights;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the app;
- use the service in a way that breaches the rules of any platform you publish to.
6. Third-party platforms
Scheduling and publishing rely on accounts you connect yourself, such as Taplio and, in turn, LinkedIn. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, limits or decisions. Clone My LinkedIn is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service running reliably but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Maintenance, provider outages or model limits may interrupt access.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities or reputational harm arising from content you choose to publish.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the service or other users.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version. Questions: support@clonemy.ink.
